Plain English: We don't track you. We don't sell your data. Our apps run offline on your device. Our website is static with no cookies, no analytics, and no user accounts. When you buy something through Stripe, Stripe handles your payment — we never see your card number.
1. Who We Are

2. Our Website (mcmlv1.com)
Our website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, user accounts, or login systems. We do not collect any personal information from visitors who browse our site.
Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Google Play, the Stripe payment processor, and social media sites. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
3. Payments (Stripe)
When you purchase a product or service from us, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, debit card number, or bank account information. Stripe handles all payment processing and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
Through Stripe, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and any information you enter in custom fields (such as your desired website URL or business name). We use this information solely to deliver the product or service you purchased and to communicate with you about your order.

4. StoreFront Static Website Services
When you purchase a StoreFront Static website, we collect the following information from you to build your site:
- Business name, address, phone number, and hours of operation
- Logo, photos, and content you provide
- Social media page URLs
- Your name, email, and phone number for communication
This information is used exclusively to build and maintain your website. We do not sell, share, or disclose your business information to any third party except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., registering your domain name, hosting your site on Cloudflare).
The websites we build for clients are static sites. They do not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, or collect visitor data unless the client specifically requests and provides such tools.

5. Mobile Applications
MCMLV1 LLC develops offline-first mobile applications. Our core privacy principle across all apps is simple: your data stays on your device.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an app's individual privacy policy, our apps do not collect personal information, do not transmit data to our servers or any third party, do not use analytics or tracking, do not require user accounts or login, and store all data locally on the device.

6. Email Communications
If you email us at admin@mcmlv1.com or provide your email through a purchase, we use your email address only to respond to your inquiry or fulfill your order. We do not subscribe you to any mailing list. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly request them.
7. Phone Communications
If you call or text our business phone number, we may retain your phone number and conversation records for the purpose of fulfilling your order or providing customer service. We do not share your phone number with third parties.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in the course of our business:

- Google Play — app distribution. Google Privacy Policy
- Domain registrars — for client website domains. The specific registrar depends on domain availability.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising services on our website or in our applications.
9. Data We Do NOT Collect
To be explicit, MCMLV1 LLC does not collect or store:
- Credit card or bank account numbers (Stripe handles all payments)
- Social Security numbers or government IDs
- Location data or GPS coordinates
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints
- Browsing history, cookies, or tracking data
- Health, biometric, or medical information
10. Data Security
All payment transactions are encrypted through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Our website is served over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption. Our applications store data locally on the user's device, protected by the device's own security measures. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we do handle, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Children's Privacy
Our products and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@mcmlv1.com and we will delete it.
12. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Since we collect very little personal data, in most cases there is nothing to delete. To make a request, email us at admin@mcmlv1.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
