Who We Are

Job Estimator is developed and published by MCMLV1 LLC, a technology company based in the United States. This privacy policy applies specifically to the Job Estimator application distributed on Google Play.

Information We Collect

Job Estimator does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, or contact information collected by the application
• No location data or GPS information
• No device identifiers collected by the application itself
• No user accounts, sign-ins, or registrations
• No analytics, usage tracking, or telemetry sent by the application
• No photos or data transmitted from your device to any server

Camera Usage

Job Estimator requests camera access to allow you to attach job site photos to your estimates. Camera usage is entirely optional — the app functions fully without it. Photos taken through the app are stored locally on your device in IndexedDB. No images are transmitted to MCMLV1 LLC or any third party. The camera is used exclusively for capturing photos you choose to attach to estimates.

Locally Stored Data

The app stores all data on your device using IndexedDB, a browser-based local database. This includes estimates, line items, client information, photos, templates, company settings, and preferences. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to any server, and is not accessible to MCMLV1 LLC. You can clear all data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings. The app also includes a JSON export feature so you can back up your data locally.

Client Information You Enter

Job Estimator allows you to save client names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses for use in your estimates. This client information is entered by you, stored locally on your device, and is never transmitted to MCMLV1 LLC or any third party. MCMLV1 LLC does not have access to any client information you enter into the app.

Company Information You Enter

The app allows you to enter your own company name, address, phone number, email, and business logo for use on printed PDF estimates. This information is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to MCMLV1 LLC or any third party.

Network Activity

Job Estimator uses an internet connection only for Google Play billing when you choose to subscribe to the unlimited plan. The application itself does not make any background network requests, does not phone home, and does not transmit any estimate data, client information, or photos. All core features — creating estimates, managing clients, attaching photos, printing PDFs — work completely offline.

Third-Party Services

The application uses Google Play Billing Library for subscription management. Billing transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. MCMLV1 LLC does not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information. No other third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, or tracking services are included in the application.

Advertising

Job Estimator does not contain any advertising. No advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or ad-related tracking of any kind are included in the application.

Subscription & In-App Purchases

Job Estimator offers a free demo mode with up to 2 estimates. An optional subscription of $0.99/month through Google Play unlocks unlimited estimates. This transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. MCMLV1 LLC does not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information. Your subscription status is managed by Google Play and verified on-device by the app.

Children's Privacy

Job Estimator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app does not collect personal information from any user. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking services.

Permissions

Job Estimator requests the following Android permissions:

• CAMERA — Optional. Used to attach job site photos to estimates. Photos are stored locally on your device only.
• VIBRATE — Used for haptic feedback when interacting with buttons and controls.
• BILLING — Required for the optional subscription via Google Play.
• INTERNET — Used only for Google Play billing verification. No app data is transmitted.

The application does not request location, microphone, contacts, or phone permissions.

Data Sharing

MCMLV1 LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking platforms are integrated into the application. Estimate data, client information, and photos exist only on your device.

Data Security

Because Job Estimator does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk on our end. All data stored locally on your device — estimates, client info, photos, and preferences — is protected by your device's own security measures. We recommend enabling device encryption and a screen lock to protect your business data.

Data Export & Deletion

Job Estimator includes a JSON export feature that allows you to back up all of your data to a local file. You can also export individual estimates. To delete all data, clear the app's data through your device's Settings > Apps > Job Estimator > Clear Data. Archived estimates can be permanently deleted individually from within the app.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
