Who We Are

Job Estimator and Invoices is developed and published by MCMLV1 LLC, a technology company based in the United States. This privacy policy applies to the Job Estimator and Invoices Android application distributed on Google Play and other Android app stores where available.

Information We Collect

Job Estimator and Invoices does not collect personal information through the app. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information are collected by MCMLV1 LLC through the application
• No location data or GPS information is collected by the application
• No device identifiers are collected by the application itself
• No user accounts, sign-ins, registrations, or cloud logins are required
• No analytics, telemetry, crash-reporting SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs are included
• No estimates, invoices, photos, signatures, clients, templates, or backup files are transmitted to MCMLV1 LLC

Job Records You Enter

The app lets you enter estimate, invoice, client, company, line item, photo, signature, template, note, term, tax, markup, discount, status, and settings information. This information is stored locally on your device for use inside the app. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive or have access to this information.

Client and Company Information

You may enter client names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses, company names, company contact details, and business logo information. This information is used to create estimates, invoices, PDFs, and local records. It remains on your device unless you choose to print, share, export, or back it up.

Photos and Signatures

The app can store job site photos and client signatures that you choose to add to estimates and invoices. These photos and signatures are stored locally on your device and can appear in printed or saved PDF records. They are not uploaded to MCMLV1 LLC or any MCMLV1 server.

Camera Usage

Camera access is optional and is used only when you choose to take a job site photo for an estimate or invoice. The app can also let you select images from your device when supported. Photos are used only for your local job records and user-controlled exports.

Backup and Restore

Job Estimator and Invoices includes a user-controlled backup and restore feature. Backup files are portable Job Estimator backup ZIP files that may include estimates, invoices, line items, photos, client information, signatures, templates, categories, settings, and related local records.

You choose when to export a backup file, where to save it, and whether to restore it later. Backup files can contain business and client information, so you should store them in a safe place. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive backup files and cannot recover them for you.

Subscription and app-store purchase state are not restored from backup. Purchases are handled separately by Google Play or the app store used for the purchase.

PDF, Print, Share, Contacts, Calendar, and External Links

The app may open Android system features when you choose actions such as printing, saving a PDF, sharing job details, opening a map/address link, adding contact information, scheduling a job, sending a text message, or opening the MCMLV1 website. These actions are initiated by you and are handled by Android or the external app you choose. Those external apps and services may have their own privacy practices.

Network Activity

Core estimating and invoicing features are designed to work offline. Internet access may be used for Google Play billing, subscription verification, restore purchase actions, and user-tapped external links such as viewing the app listing, support page, website, or other MCMLV1 apps. Estimate, invoice, client, photo, signature, and backup data are not transmitted to MCMLV1 LLC.

Google Play Billing

The app uses Google Play Billing for the optional subscription. Billing transactions are processed by Google Play. MCMLV1 LLC does not collect, process, or store payment card information through the app. Google Play may process purchase and account information according to Google's own policies.

Advertising

Job Estimator and Invoices does not contain advertising. No advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or ad-related tracking are included in the application.

Analytics and Tracking

The app does not include analytics SDKs, telemetry SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive usage analytics from the application.

Children's Privacy

Job Estimator and Invoices does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or the applicable age in your jurisdiction. The app does not collect personal information from any user. The app is a business utility intended for estimating and invoicing work.

Permissions

Depending on device version and selected actions, the app may request or use the following permissions or system capabilities:

• CAMERA — Optional. Used only when you take job site photos for estimates or invoices.
• VIBRATE — Used for haptic feedback when interacting with buttons and controls.
• BILLING — Used for the optional subscription through Google Play.
• INTERNET — Used for Google Play billing, restore purchase checks, and user-tapped external links. No job record data is transmitted to MCMLV1 LLC.
• Android Print / Share / Storage Access Framework — Used when you choose to print, save a PDF, export a backup ZIP, or restore from a backup ZIP.

The application does not request location, microphone, call log, SMS inbox, or phone state permissions.

Data Sharing

MCMLV1 LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade user data from Job Estimator and Invoices. The app does not send your estimate, invoice, client, photo, signature, template, or backup data to MCMLV1 LLC.

Data Security

Your app data is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's security measures. We recommend using a screen lock, device encryption, and safe storage practices for backup ZIP files. Anyone with access to your unlocked device or exported backup files may be able to view your business records.

Data Export and Deletion

You can export portable backup ZIP files from inside the app. You can delete records inside the app where supported, permanently delete archived jobs where supported, or clear all app data through Android Settings > Apps > Job Estimator and Invoices > Storage > Clear Data. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may delete local records unless you have exported a backup first.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
