Who We Are

ReceiptVault Lite is developed and published by MCMLV1 LLC, a technology company based in the United States specializing in privacy-first, offline-capable productivity tools.

What We Collect

Nothing. Zero. Nada.

ReceiptVault Lite does not collect, access, transmit, or store any of your personal information. All data you enter into the app — including receipt details, store names, prices, warranty dates, photos, and notes — is stored locally on your device using secure local storage mechanisms (localStorage and IndexedDB).

How It Works

• All receipt, warranty, and expiry data stays on your device
• Uses browser localStorage and IndexedDB (local to your phone only)
• Photos are stored locally on your device and never uploaded
• No servers, no cloud sync, no remote storage
• No analytics, no tracking, no usage monitoring
• No account creation or login required
• Export features create local files only (PDF, TXT, JSON)

Camera Permission

ReceiptVault Lite requests camera permission solely to allow you to photograph receipts. Photos are compressed and stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any server or third party.

Your Data

• Stored locally using browser localStorage and IndexedDB APIs
• Never transmitted to any server (we don't have servers)
• Never shared with third parties (there's nothing to share)
• Can be exported as PDF, TXT, or JSON for backup purposes
• Can be cleared anytime via in-app reset or Android app data settings
• Persists between app sessions on your device only

Network Access

ReceiptVault Lite is a paid app ($2.99 one-time purchase) that requires minimal internet permission only for purchase verification through Google Play Billing. The app contains no advertisements.

All core functionality — receipt entry, photo capture, warranty tracking, search, filtering, and export — works completely offline. The app operates identically in airplane mode after purchase.

No analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or telemetry of any kind are included in the app.

Multi-Language Support

ReceiptVault Lite supports 6 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Hindi, Indonesian, and Arabic. Language selection is stored locally as a user preference. No data about your language choice or content is transmitted anywhere.

Third-Party Services

Google Play Billing: Processes one-time app purchase ($2.99). Subject to Google Play's terms and privacy policies.

MCMLV1 LLC does not integrate any analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services in ReceiptVault Lite. No ads are displayed. No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs are included.

Data Retention

Your receipt, warranty, and photo data persists on your device until you:

• Use the in-app "Clear All" or "Reset All" function to clear all data
• Manually clear app data through Android settings
• Uninstall the application

We recommend using the Export function periodically to back up your data as PDF and JSON files.

Children's Privacy

ReceiptVault Lite is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data at all, there is no children's data to manage.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version on our website and in the app's Play Store listing with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted in app updates.

Your Rights

Since ReceiptVault Lite collects no personal data, there is no data for us to access, modify, delete, or export. You have complete control over your data because it exists only on your device.

You can export your data at any time using the Export function, which creates PDF, TXT, and JSON files you can save or transfer. You can delete all data at any time using the Clear All or Reset All functions, or through Android app settings.
