Who We Are

Voice To Text - Offline is developed and published by MCMLV1 LLC, a technology company based in the United States specializing in privacy-first, offline-capable productivity tools.

What We Collect

Nothing. Zero. Nada.

Voice To Text - Offline does not collect, access, transmit, or store any of your personal information. Your voice recordings are processed entirely on your device by the on-device AI model and are immediately discarded after transcription. Your transcribed notes are stored locally on your device only.

How It Works

Microphone Permission

Voice To Text - Offline requests microphone permission solely to capture your voice for on-device transcription. Your voice audio is processed in real-time by the AI model running on your phone's processor. Audio data is immediately discarded after transcription is complete. Your voice is never recorded to a file, never uploaded, and never transmitted to any server or third party.

Your Data

• Transcribed notes stored locally on your device only
• Never transmitted to any server (we don't have servers)
• Never shared with third parties (there's nothing to share)
• Can be exported as .TXT files for backup purposes
• Can be cleared anytime via in-app functions or Android app data settings
• Persists between app sessions on your device only

Network Access

Voice To Text - Offline is a paid app ($3.99 one-time purchase) that requires internet permission for two purposes only: purchase verification through Google Play Billing, and a one-time AI model download on first launch. The app contains no advertisements.

After the initial model download, all core functionality — voice recording, transcription, note editing, sorting, and export — works completely offline. The app operates identically in airplane mode after setup.

No analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or telemetry of any kind are included in the app. Your voice data is never transmitted over the network.

AI Model

The speech recognition AI model is downloaded once on first launch and stored locally on your device. After download, all speech-to-text processing happens entirely on your phone's processor. No cloud inference, no API calls, no remote processing. The model adapts to your device's capabilities automatically for optimal performance.

Third-Party Services

Google Play Billing: Processes one-time app purchase ($3.99). Subject to Google Play's terms and privacy policies.

AI Model Hosting: The speech recognition model file is hosted on a CDN for the one-time initial download. No personal data or identifiers are transmitted during this download.

MCMLV1 LLC does not integrate any analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services in Voice To Text - Offline. No ads are displayed. No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs are included.

Data Retention

Your transcribed notes and Auto-Correct vocabulary data persist on your device until you:

• Delete individual notes or use the in-app clear function
• Manually clear app data through Android settings
• Uninstall the application

We recommend using the Export function periodically to back up your notes as .TXT files.

Children's Privacy

Voice To Text - Offline is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data at all, there is no children's data to manage.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version on our website and in the app's Play Store listing with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted in app updates.

Your Rights

Since Voice To Text - Offline collects no personal data, there is no data for us to access, modify, delete, or export. You have complete control over your data because it exists only on your device.

You can export your notes at any time using the Export function, which creates .TXT files you can save or transfer. You can delete all data at any time through the app or through Android app settings.
