QR Code Link Me for Mac — Effective October 1, 2026

Who We Are

QR Code Link Me is developed and published by MCMLV1 LLC, a technology company based in Florida, United States. This privacy policy applies to the QR Code Link Me application for macOS distributed through the Mac App Store.

Information We Collect

QR Code Link Me does not collect any data from you or your Mac. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, or contact information collected by the application
• No location data
• No device identifiers collected by the application
• No user accounts, sign-ins, or registrations
• No analytics, usage tracking, crash reporting, or telemetry sent by the application
• No camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, or photo library access

How We Use Information

Because the app collects no data, MCMLV1 LLC has no app data to use, combine, sell, or share. The only information we ever receive is what you choose to send us yourself when you contact product support, described below.

Everything Stays on Your Mac

The app creates QR codes, reads the spreadsheets you load, and builds export files entirely on your device. The text, links, Wi-Fi details, contact information and payment addresses you enter, the rows in any CSV file you load, and any logo you choose are processed in the app on your Mac and are never sent to MCMLV1 LLC or anyone else. The app does not keep a history of the codes you make.

Locally Stored Data

The app keeps only a small internal settings entry in its own storage area on your Mac, used to run its built-in features. It contains no personal information and no content you create. It is not sent anywhere.

Files You Open and Export

The app can read only the CSV and logo files you pick in the standard macOS open dialog, and it saves codes, ZIP files and PDF sheets only to the location you choose in the standard macOS save dialog. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive or keep copies. Because nothing is stored elsewhere, keep your own backups of files you want to keep.

Network Connections and Links

The app does not need an internet connection and does not send your content anywhere. Links inside the app, such as the email address on its Contact page, open in your default email program or web browser, and those services handle information under their own privacy practices. A destination you choose to put in a QR code, such as a website, may also collect information under its own privacy practices when someone scans the code.

Advertising and Tracking

QR Code Link Me does not contain any advertising and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. No advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or ad-related tracking of any kind are included in the application.

Purchases

The app is sold as a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store. Payment, purchase records and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms and privacy policy. There is no subscription and there are no in-app purchases. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive or store any payment or billing information, and never sees your card details.

Children's Privacy

QR Code Link Me does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app does not collect personal information from any user. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking services.

Permissions

QR Code Link Me does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, photos, or notifications. It runs inside the macOS App Sandbox, as every Mac App Store app must. Within the sandbox it has access only to files you select yourself. Its sandbox settings also include the outgoing network entitlement, which the built-in macOS web component that displays the app's screens requires in order to run; the app does not use it to send your content or any information about you.

Data Sharing

MCMLV1 LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties. No third-party services, SDKs, or analytics platforms are integrated into the application.

Data Retention and Deletion

The app sends no data to MCMLV1 LLC, so we hold no app data about you to retain or delete, and there is no consent to withdraw. Everything the app stores is on your Mac and under your control: delete exported files in Finder whenever you like, and remove the app and its settings entry by deleting QR Code Link Me from your Applications folder or Launchpad.

If you have contacted product support and want that correspondence deleted, email admin@mcmlv1.com and we will delete it, except where we are required by law to keep a record.

Data Security

Because QR Code Link Me does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk. Files you export are protected by your Mac's own security measures.

Product Support

If you email or call for product support, we receive the information you provide so we can respond and troubleshoot. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, records, and legal obligations. See the QR Code Link Me support page.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
