1. Who We Are

MCMLV1 LLC ("MCMLV1," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company that develops software, publishes applications, builds private AI systems, and provides software-engineering and AI deployment services. Contact us at admin@mcmlv1.com or (727) 379-4214.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to mcmlv1.com, MCMLV1-operated public tools and demonstrations, direct communications with MCMLV1, and information we handle in connection with professional services unless a separate written agreement or product-specific privacy policy applies. Individual software products may have their own privacy policies; where a product-specific policy conflicts with this general policy, the product-specific policy controls for that product.

3. Website Browsing and Hosting

Most pages on mcmlv1.com are static and do not require an account or login. We do not currently use Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel on the main website.

• Hosting and security metadata: Our hosting, CDN, DNS, and security providers may automatically process standard request information such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals as part of delivering and protecting the site.
• Google Fonts: Some pages load fonts from Google-hosted services. When your browser requests those resources, Google may receive standard network information associated with that request.
• External links: Links to app stores, payment providers, social platforms, and other third-party sites are governed by those services' own privacy practices.

4. Contact Forms, Email, Phone, and Business Inquiries

When you contact us, we may receive information such as your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, subject, message, and any information you choose to include.

• The contact form on mcmlv1.com sends the information you submit through MCMLV1's form-processing infrastructure and may use an email-delivery provider to notify us.
• If you email, call, or text us, we may retain the communication and contact information as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, prepare a proposal, perform an engagement, maintain business records, or comply with law.
• Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the public contact form or chatbot.

5. Private AI, CodeLoop, Software Engineering, and Professional Services

MCMLV1 offers or may offer private AI deployment, CodeLoop-related work, software engineering, consulting, and contract services. The information handled in an engagement depends on the agreed scope and deployment model.

• Customer-controlled deployments: In local, private-LAN, on-premises, or isolated deployments, customer source code, documents, prompts, model inputs, and model outputs may remain entirely within customer-controlled infrastructure.
• Remote or support access: If a customer authorizes remote support, troubleshooting, benchmarking, or implementation work, we may temporarily access project files, source code, configuration, logs, model information, or other technical materials necessary to perform the agreed work.
• Cloud or hybrid deployments: If a customer chooses cloud or hybrid inference, the selected cloud/model providers may process data according to the customer's configuration, contract, and those providers' terms and privacy policies.
• Training: Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, MCMLV1 does not use a customer's confidential source code, project files, prompts, or proprietary business materials to train a general-purpose or publicly shared AI model.
• Project agreements: A statement of work, services agreement, confidentiality agreement, data-processing agreement, or other written contract may establish additional privacy, security, access, retention, or deletion obligations and will control where it differs from this general policy.

6. MCMLV1 Labs — Check My Website

Check My Website allows a user to submit a publicly accessible website URL for analysis.

• We receive the URL you submit and may store scan results to provide the report and shareable report functionality.
• The service may retain a one-way or hashed representation of an IP address or other limited technical information for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service security.
• The tool is intended to inspect publicly accessible website information such as page content, DNS/TLS information, and other public technical signals. It is not intended to access authenticated or private content.
• No account or email address is required for the basic free scan unless a feature expressly asks for it.

7. MCMLV1 Labs — Speed Test and Advertising

The Speed Test communicates with MCMLV1 speed-test infrastructure to measure latency, download performance, upload performance, and related network characteristics. The service necessarily receives network information needed to establish those connections, including the requesting IP address.

• The Speed Test may use IP-based location or network-registration information to estimate region, ISP, routing distance, or related metrics. These values are approximate and may be inaccurate.
• We do not require an account to use the Speed Test.
• Google advertising: The Speed Test currently loads Google AdSense technology. Google may use cookies, local storage, device/browser information, IP address, or other identifiers in accordance with Google's own policies and applicable consent requirements. MCMLV1 does not receive your payment-card information or Google account credentials through this advertising technology.

8. AI Chatbot and Chatbot Demonstrations

MCMLV1 operates chatbot demonstrations and may provide chatbot technology on MCMLV1 or client sites. When you interact with an MCMLV1-powered chatbot:

• Messages you type are transmitted for processing and may be stored as part of the conversation session for operation, troubleshooting, quality review, abuse prevention, or lead follow-up.
• The page URL or other limited page context may be sent so the chatbot can provide page-relevant responses.
• A session identifier may be stored in browser session storage to maintain conversation context. Session storage is separate from a traditional tracking cookie and generally ends when the browser/tab session ends.
• If you voluntarily submit lead information such as name, email address, or phone number, it may be stored and used to respond to the inquiry. On a client-operated website, that information may also be provided to that client.
• Unless a specific deployment says otherwise, chatbot content is not intended for sensitive personal data or professional legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical information.

9. Software Applications and App Stores

MCMLV1 publishes software through commercial app stores and may publish software directly. Many MCMLV1 applications are designed to operate locally or offline and to minimize collection of user data, but each product's actual behavior is governed by its own functionality and privacy policy.

Store operators such as Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store, Microsoft Store, and Apple may independently collect purchase, device, account, diagnostics, or usage information under their own terms and privacy policies. MCMLV1 does not control those platform-level practices.

10. Purchases and Payment Processing

When a direct purchase is processed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, that provider collects payment information under its own privacy policy. MCMLV1 may receive transaction-related information such as purchaser name, email address, product/service purchased, transaction status, and information the purchaser enters into checkout fields. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers from Stripe-hosted checkout.

Purchases through an app store are processed by the applicable store operator.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

Depending on which part of the site or business you use, third-party providers may include:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DNS, security, and serverless infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing for certain direct purchases.
• Resend or other transactional email providers — delivery of form or operational email.
• Google — Google Fonts, Google Play distribution, and Google AdSense on the Speed Test.
• Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft, and Apple — software distribution and store transactions where applicable.
• Domain registrars and hosting providers — where necessary for customer projects or MCMLV1 infrastructure.
• Customer-selected AI/cloud providers — only where an engagement is intentionally configured to use them.

Each third party processes information under its own policies and contractual terms. We do not control third-party privacy practices.

12. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

MCMLV1 does not currently operate a general-purpose behavioral analytics program on the main site. However, specific features may use browser storage or third-party technologies:

• Chatbot functionality may use session storage to maintain a conversation.
• Google AdSense on the Speed Test may use cookies or similar technologies.
• Third-party stores, payment pages, social sites, or linked services may use their own cookies and tracking technologies once you visit them.

13. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, provide support, satisfy contractual obligations, or comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type and engagement. Customer project materials handled under a written agreement may be returned, deleted, or retained according to that agreement.

14. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and service involved, including HTTPS/TLS for our public website and privacy-oriented architecture for many of our applications and AI deployments. No system, transmission method, storage medium, AI system, or security control is guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers remain responsible for security controls in systems they own or administer except to the extent a written agreement assigns a specific responsibility to MCMLV1.

15. Sensitive Information and Data Minimization

We try to minimize the information we collect. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, government identifiers, payment-card numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through public website forms, public chatbot demonstrations, or free Labs tools. If sensitive information is necessary for a professional engagement, it should be handled only through a method and scope agreed for that engagement.

16. Children's Privacy

Our business services, AI systems, Labs tools, and commercial software are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact admin@mcmlv1.com.

17. Privacy Requests and Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information we hold about you, which can include access, correction, deletion, or other rights. To make a request, email admin@mcmlv1.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. MCMLV1 does not sell personal information.

18. United States Operations and International Visitors

MCMLV1 is based in Florida, United States, and this Site and our public services are operated primarily for United States business activity. If you access the Site from another country, information may be processed in the United States or in locations used by our service providers.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, infrastructure, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date will identify the current version.
