Privacy Policy
Plain English: We don't track you. We don't sell your data. Our apps run offline on your device. Our website is static with no cookies, no analytics, and no user accounts. Our AI chatbot widget collects only what you type into it. When you buy something through Stripe, Stripe handles your payment — we never see your card number.
1. Who We Are
MCMLV1 LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a registered Florida limited liability company that develops software, mobile applications, and builds websites for businesses. You can reach us at admin@mcmlv1.com or (727) 379-4214.
2. Our Website (mcmlv1.com)
Our website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, user accounts, or login systems. We do not collect any personal information from visitors who browse our site.
Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Google Play, the Stripe payment processor, and social media sites. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
3. Check My Website Tool (mcmlv1.com/check)
Our free website auditing tool allows you to enter a business website URL and receive a digital presence score and report. When you use this tool:
- We collect the URL you submit and store your scan results so you can access your report.
- We store a hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting purposes only. We do not store your actual IP address.
- We do not require an email, account, or login to use the free scan.
- We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics of any kind on the tool.
- The tool fetches publicly available information from the website you submit (HTML content, DNS records, TLS certificate data). It does not access any private or authenticated content.
- Scan results and generated reports are stored on our servers to provide shareable report links. Reports contain only information derived from publicly accessible website data.
The Check My Website tool respects robots.txt directives and crawl-delay settings on all websites it scans.
4. Payments (Stripe)
When you purchase a product or service from us, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, debit card number, or bank account information. Stripe handles all payment processing and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
Through Stripe, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and any information you enter in custom fields (such as your desired website URL or business name). We use this information solely to deliver the product or service you purchased and to communicate with you about your order.

5. Custom Web Development Services
When you purchase a custom website, we collect the following information from you to build your site:
- Business name, address, phone number, and hours of operation
- Logo, photos, and content you provide
- Social media page URLs
- Your name, email, and phone number for communication
This information is used exclusively to build and maintain your website. We do not sell, share, or disclose your business information to any third party except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., registering your domain name, hosting your site on Cloudflare).
The websites we build for clients are static sites hosted on enterprise CDN infrastructure. They do not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, or collect visitor data unless the client specifically requests and provides such tools.
Web development services are governed by our general Terms of Use and any project-specific agreement.
6. AI Chatbot Widget
Our website features an AI chatbot widget that allows visitors to ask questions about our services. Our chatbot product is also deployed on client websites. When you interact with a chatbot powered by MCMLV1 LLC:
- Messages you type are sent to our server for processing and stored as part of the conversation session. We use this data to generate responses and to review conversations for quality and lead follow-up.
- The page URL you are on when you start a conversation is sent to our server so the chatbot can provide page-relevant responses.
- A session identifier is generated for each conversation to maintain context within your chat. This is stored in your browser's session storage and is automatically deleted when you close the tab.
- If you choose to submit the lead capture form (name, email, phone), that information is stored on our server and used to follow up with you about your inquiry. On client websites, lead information is shared with the business that operates the website.
- We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics in the chatbot widget.
- We do not store your IP address in connection with chatbot conversations.
- Conversations are processed by an AI language model running on our own servers. Your messages are not sent to any third-party AI service and are not used to train any AI model.
If you interact with a chatbot on a client website, that client's own privacy policy also applies. The client receives access to conversation logs and lead information submitted through their chatbot.
You may request deletion of your chatbot conversations by contacting us at admin@mcmlv1.com.
7. Mobile Applications
MCMLV1 LLC develops offline-first mobile applications. Our core privacy principle across all apps is simple: your data stays on your device.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an app's individual privacy policy, our apps do not collect personal information, do not transmit data to our servers or any third party, do not use analytics or tracking, do not require user accounts or login, and store all data locally on the device.

8. Email Communications
If you email us at admin@mcmlv1.com or provide your email through a purchase, we use your email address only to respond to your inquiry or fulfill your order. We do not subscribe you to any mailing list. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly request them.
9. Phone Communications
If you call or text our business phone number, we may retain your phone number and conversation records for the purpose of fulfilling your order or providing customer service. We do not share your phone number with third parties.
10. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in the course of our business:

- Domain registrars — for client website domains. The specific registrar depends on domain availability.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising services on our website or in our applications.
11. Data We Do NOT Collect
To be explicit, MCMLV1 LLC does not collect or store:
- Credit card or bank account numbers (Stripe handles all payments)
- Social Security numbers or government IDs
- Location data or GPS coordinates
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints
- Browsing history, cookies, or tracking data
- Health, biometric, or medical information
12. Data Security
All payment transactions are encrypted through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Our website is served over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption. Our applications store data locally on the user's device, protected by the device's own security measures. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we do handle, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
13. Children's Privacy
Our products and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@mcmlv1.com and we will delete it.
14. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Since we collect very little personal data, in most cases there is nothing to delete. To make a request, email us at admin@mcmlv1.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
