StoreFront Static — Terms of Service
Plain English Summary: You pay $399 and we build you a professional single-page business website. It goes live within 48 hours of receiving your content. One round of revisions is included. After the first year, $49/year keeps it running. No monthly fees ever. You own your domain name.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and delivery of StoreFront Static website services provided by MCMLV1 LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a registered Florida limited liability company, to the client (“you,” “your”). By completing payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. What’s Included
- Professional single-page website with custom design tailored to your business
- Mobile-friendly responsive layout — looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops
- Your business information: business name, logo, phone number, address, hours of operation, and service descriptions
- Social media buttons and links — Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google Maps, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other platform you use. Clickable icons that take visitors directly to your social profiles
- Click-to-call phone button — one tap on mobile dials your number
- Click-to-email link if you provide an email address
- Google Maps link or embed showing your business location
- Customer review highlights from Google, Yelp, or Facebook (you provide the reviews you want featured)
- Domain name registration (first year included, e.g., yourbusiness.com)
- SSL security certificate — the padlock icon in the browser, encrypted connection
- Enterprise CDN hosting on Cloudflare — fast loading worldwide, 99.9% uptime
- Delivery within 48 hours of receiving your content and assets
- One round of revisions after the initial build (see Section 4)
2. What’s Not Included
- Multi-page websites beyond the single-page design
- E-commerce, online payments, shopping carts, or booking/scheduling systems
- Ongoing content updates or changes after launch (see Section 4 for revision policy)
- Email hosting or custom email addresses (e.g., you@yourbusiness.com)
- SEO campaigns, Google Ads, paid advertising, or social media management
- Photography, videography, or drone footage
- Logo design, branding, or graphic design beyond what is provided by the client
- Blog, news feed, or content management system
- Third-party integrations (CRM, scheduling software, chat widgets, etc.)
- Training or consulting beyond the website build
3. Pricing & Payment
- Initial build: $399.00 USD — one-time payment due at checkout before work begins
- Annual renewal: $49.00 USD/year — covers domain name registration and CDN hosting for each subsequent year
- No monthly fees. No hidden charges. No surprise invoices.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
4. Revisions & Changes
- One round of revisions is included after the initial build at no additional cost. A “round” means one set of changes submitted together (e.g., “change the phone number, swap a photo, update the hours”).
- Additional revision rounds after launch are $50 each.
- Revisions must be within the original scope. Requesting features listed in Section 2 (“Not Included”) is a new project, not a revision.
5. Your Responsibilities
To deliver your website within 48 hours, we need the following from you:
- Your business name, phone number, address, and hours of operation
- Your logo (any format — we can work with a photo of your business card or truck)
- A list of services you want displayed
- Links to your social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, etc.)
- Any photos you want on the site (job site photos, team photos, product photos)
- Customer reviews you want featured (or links to your Google/Yelp review pages)
- Any specific text or descriptions you want included
If you do not provide content within 30 days of payment, we will build the site using publicly available information about your business. You may request revisions after launch per Section 4.
6. Domain Name
- Your domain name (e.g., yourbusiness.com) is registered in your name, not ours. You own it.
- We register the domain on your behalf as part of the build. First year is included in the $399 price.
- Domain renewal is included in the $49/year annual renewal fee.
- If you choose not to renew, we will transfer the domain to you at no charge. You own it regardless.
7. Hosting & Uptime
- Your website is hosted on Cloudflare’s global CDN — the same infrastructure used by major companies worldwide.
- Hosting is included in the $49/year annual renewal fee.
- We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, if ever needed, will be communicated in advance.
- Your website is a static file — no databases, no servers, no moving parts that can break.
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the website design and content we create for you.
- You retain all rights to your business name, logo, photos, and other materials you provide.
- We retain the right to display “Website by MCMLV1 LLC” in the site footer with a link to mcmlv1.com.
- We may use screenshots of your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
- Before work begins: Full refund if requested within 24 hours of payment and before we begin building.
- After work begins: No refund once the build has started. You will receive the completed website.
- Annual renewal: If you choose not to renew, your domain is transferred to you. The website files can be provided upon request. No refund for unused portions of a renewal period.
10. Limitation of Liability
MCMLV1 LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($399 for the initial build or $49 for the annual renewal, as applicable). We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages of any kind.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
