Who We Are

QR Code Link Me is developed and published by MCMLV1 LLC, a technology company based in the United States. This privacy policy applies to the QR Code Link Me desktop application, including the version distributed through the Microsoft Store.

Information We Collect

QR Code Link Me does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, or contact information collected by the application
• No location data
• No device identifiers collected by the application itself
• No user accounts, sign-ins, or registrations
• No analytics, usage tracking, crash reporting, or telemetry sent by the application
• No camera, microphone, or photo library access

Everything Stays on Your Computer

The app creates QR codes, reads the spreadsheets you load, and builds export files entirely on your device. The text, links, Wi-Fi details, contact information and payment addresses you enter, the rows in any spreadsheet you load, and any logo you choose are processed in the app on your computer and are never sent to MCMLV1 LLC or anyone else. The app does not keep a history of the codes you make.

Locally Stored Data

The app keeps only a small internal settings entry in its own storage area on your computer, used to run its built-in features. It contains no personal information and no content you create. It is removed when you uninstall the app.

Files You Export

Codes, ZIP files and PDF sheets you export are saved to the location you choose on your computer. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive or keep copies. Because nothing is stored elsewhere, keep your own backups of files you want to keep.

Network Connections and Links

The app does not connect to the internet on its own. Links inside the app, such as an email address or website on the Contact page, open in your default email program or web browser, and those services handle information under their own privacy practices. A destination you choose to put in a QR code, such as a website, may also collect information under its own privacy practices when someone scans the code.

Advertising

QR Code Link Me does not contain any advertising. No advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or ad-related tracking of any kind are included in the application.

Purchases

The app is sold as a one-time purchase through the Microsoft Store. Payment and purchase records are handled by Microsoft under its own terms and privacy statement. There is no subscription and there are no in-app purchases. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive or store any payment or billing information, and never sees your card details.

Children's Privacy

QR Code Link Me does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app does not collect personal information from any user. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking services.

Permissions

QR Code Link Me does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or notifications. Like other desktop programs distributed through the Microsoft Store, it is packaged as a standard Windows desktop application and declares the Windows “full trust” capability, which the Store requires of every desktop app. The app does not use it to read your files; it only saves files where you tell it to.

Data Sharing

MCMLV1 LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties. No third-party services, SDKs, or analytics platforms are integrated into the application.

Data Security

Because QR Code Link Me does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk. Files you export are protected by your computer's own security measures.

Product Support

If you email or call for product support, we receive the information you provide so we can respond and troubleshoot. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, records, and legal obligations.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
