Who We Are

Magnify AI is developed and published by MCMLV1 LLC, a technology company based in the United States. This privacy policy applies specifically to the Magnify AI application distributed on Google Play.

Information We Collect

Magnify AI does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, or contact information collected by the application
• No location data or GPS information
• No device identifiers collected by the application itself
• No user accounts, sign-ins, or registrations
• No analytics, usage tracking, or telemetry sent by the application
• No photos are saved or uploaded unless you choose to use a save or share action

Camera

Magnify AI uses your device camera to provide the live magnifier and to capture an image when you use the text recognition feature. The camera feed is shown on your screen so you can magnify what you are looking at. When you recognize text, the captured image is processed on your device to read the words. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive, store, or upload your camera images. The camera is only active while you are using the app.

Text Recognition (OCR)

Text recognition is performed on your device using Google's ML Kit text recognition library, which runs locally on the phone. The text in the image is identified on the device. MCMLV1 LLC does not collect the images you magnify or the text that is recognized. Depending on your device, the ML Kit text recognition components may be provided and updated through Google Play services on your phone; that processing is governed by Google's own privacy terms and is not controlled by MCMLV1 LLC.

Locally Stored Data

The app stores a small amount of non-personal data on your device, such as your display and tool preferences (for example, zoom and brightness settings). This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to any server, and can be cleared at any time by clearing the app data in your device settings.

Advertising

Magnify AI does not contain any advertising. No advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or ad-related tracking of any kind are included in the application.

Children's Privacy

Magnify AI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app does not collect personal information from any user. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking services. Magnify AI is suitable for all ages.

Permissions

Magnify AI requests the following Android permissions:

• CAMERA — Required to provide the live magnifier and to capture an image for on-device text recognition.
• INTERNET — May be used so the on-device text recognition components can be downloaded or updated through Google Play services. The app does not upload your camera images or recognized text to MCMLV1 servers.

Data Sharing

MCMLV1 LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties. No third-party analytics platforms or advertising SDKs are integrated into the application. On-device text recognition is provided by Google's ML Kit as described above.

Data Security

Because Magnify AI does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data held by MCMLV1 LLC at risk. Preferences stored locally on your device are protected by your device's own security measures.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
