Falling Guardian is developed and published by MCMLV1 LLC, a technology company based in the United States. This privacy policy applies specifically to the Falling Guardian application distributed on Google Play.

Information We Collect

Falling Guardian does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, or contact information collected by the application
• No location data or GPS information
• No device identifiers collected by the application itself
• No user accounts, sign-ins, or registrations
• No analytics, usage tracking, or telemetry sent by the application
• No gameplay data transmitted — all game progress stays on your device

Game Data

Falling Guardian stores your high score, settings, and progress locally on your device. No game data is transmitted to MCMLV1 LLC or any third party. Your progress stays on your device and is never uploaded to any server.

Locally Stored Data

The app stores your high score, preferences, and progress locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to any server, and can be cleared at any time by clearing the app data in your device settings.

Network Activity

Falling Guardian does not require an internet connection to play. When the game opens, it loads display fonts (Orbitron and Exo 2) from Google Fonts; this request is handled by Google and may expose your device IP address to Google as part of serving the fonts. No data is sent to MCMLV1 LLC. The application makes no other network requests, has no analytics, and does not phone home.

Third-Party Services

Falling Guardian loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to render its display typography. This is the only third-party service the app contacts. Google may process your IP address to serve these fonts under Google’s own privacy policy. The app integrates no analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Advertising

Falling Guardian does not contain any advertising. No advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or ad-related tracking of any kind are included in the application.

In-App Purchases

Falling Guardian contains no in-app purchases. The game is completely free, with no paid unlocks, subscriptions, or billing of any kind.

Children's Privacy

Falling Guardian does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app does not collect personal information from any user. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking services.

Permissions

Falling Guardian requests the following Android permissions:

• INTERNET — Used only to load display fonts from Google Fonts when the game opens. No other network activity occurs.

The application does not request camera, location, microphone, contacts, storage, or phone permissions.

Data Sharing

MCMLV1 LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking platforms are integrated into the application.
